PMI Canberra June Monthly Event

Join Uté Diversi for a thought-provoking session at our June Monthly event, How brain friendly change management contributes to project success: Using a neuroscience-based tool to engage with people expected to change - PRISM Brain Mapping!
Join us for a transformative session with renowned change leadership expert Uté Diversi, as she explores how neuroscience can revolutionise the way we manage change within projects. In today’s fast-paced environment, successful project delivery depends not only on planning and execution—but also on how effectively we engage the people who are expected to change.
In this interactive presentation, Dr. Diversi will introduce PRISM Brain Mapping, a neuroscience-based behavioural profiling tool that enhances self-awareness and supports brain-friendly strategies to manage change resistance. You'll gain practical insights into how understanding brain preferences can help you:
-
Drive stakeholder engagement
-
Reduce change fatigue and resistance
-
Foster alignment and communication across teams
-
Increase the likelihood of project success
Whether you're a project manager, team leader, or change agent, this session will equip you with new strategies to connect with people on a deeper level and lead change with empathy and impact.
Don’t miss this opportunity to rewire your approach to change management—and unlock the full potential of your project team.
