Karan Bagga is the President of the Chapter and has been on the Board since 2014.
Karan is a business focused Programme and Strategy Consultant with a proven track record in strategic decision making, impacting the overall business. He has demonstrated experience in execution of strategy through end-to-end engagement and delivery of several complex high value, high risk system integration, IT infrastructure, business transformation and change initiatives.
Karan has been a PMI volunteer for over 10 years, Gateway Reviewer and a seasoned industry professional with over 16 years of experience. He is an Australian citizen and has NV2 security clearance.
He is highly credentialed and holds industry accreditations including Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 – Practitioner and MSP - Foundation. Karan provides complete support to organisations to deliver sustainable business and IT transformation, new processes, technology and change initiatives across different industry sectors in Australia and overseas.
Karan is leading PMI Canberra Chapter to deliver on it's vision to be the preferred project management association to advance the careers of project management practitioners and make project management indispensable to deliver business outcome in government, semi-government, not-for-profit and private organisations throughout Canberra, ACT.
